PATEROS COMMUNITY MARKET : Pateros, WA
The City of Pateros is a recreation basecamp with a heart for people.
As a focus to create a local fabric supporting microenterprises, small business and youth entrepreneurs while establishing a community gathering space, the City of Pateros and Market Planning Committee contracted with FFCC to (1) Guide the planning committee, (2) Support market outreach, (3) Recruit/manage vendors and (4) Oversee market operations.
The 2021 season is a pilot-year that will inform the 2022 season where Pateros looks forward to going from a 2-day, monthly market to a one-day, weekly market that supports a Friday night community movie!
